A vintage patent illustration presents a design for a bridle and halter, patented on August 31, 1920, by Samuel C. Canter. The black and white sketch shows a side view of a horse's head adorned with the proposed bridle construct, alongside a separate detailed view of the arrangement, numbered for reference. The worn-out appearance of the document, complete with witness signatures and an inventive declaration, contributes to its historical character.
